3. Design-Build
Our Project Designer finalizes all materials, finishes, and layout before construction begins. This ensures accurate upfront pricing and labor costs, keeping the project smooth, efficient, on budget, and on schedule without back-and-forth during construction.

4. Construction
With permits approved, we handle every aspect of the build while keeping you informed through JOBTREAD with real-time access to:
Construction Schedule, Daily Logs, Documents, Design Approvals, & Payment Tracking

5. Completion
Once construction is finished, we perform a detailed walkthrough to confirm quality and ensure everything meets plan and specification.
You’ll receive all project closeout documents, warranty information, and maintenance guidelines for a smooth and complete handover.
